Same-Day Shipping Guarantee

If you order any QUICKSHIP item before 6:00 p.m. EST on any business day and we don’t put it in the hands of a shipper the same day, we will send you a check for $100.

Limitations:

• Order must be confirmed received by HUB Industrial on any business day before 6:00 p.m. EST.
• QUICKSHIP ITEMS are defined as any item in our current trade catalogs, our Quickship catalog, or any items on www.hubindustrial.com with a QUICKSHIP designation.
• Custom printing items are excluded from this guarantee unless they are set up as a recurring item with written stocking agreement.
• Due to the growth of HUB’s infrastructure, we now have satellite warehouses throughout the country. The contracts we have with our shippers differ from one location to the other, so the 6:00 p.m. cutoff time can only be guaranteed from our Lake City FL location. In cases where shipping an order the following business day from a satellite warehouse will accrue equal or greater benefit to the customer than shipping it the same day from Florida, then the spirit of the guarantee will be deemed to have been maintained.
• $100.00 guarantee will be paid in the form of a check made out to the individual who placed the order. The check will only be paid when above conditions are met and upon notification to HUB by customer.
• Items that have become permanently unavailable will be substituted with a close equivalent.
• At our discretion, HUB may decline to honor the guarantee in situations beyond the control of ordinary conduct of business, as in the event of natural disasters, catastrophic breakdown of communications systems affecting our ability to process orders, malicious coordinated attacks against HUB by predatory entities placing spurious orders for the sole purpose of collecting the reward, etc.
• The terms and conditions of this guarantee were revised October 21, 2015 and supersede all previous iterations of HUB’s Same Day Shipping Guarantee, both on www.hubindustrial.com and in any other catalog advertising this guarantee.

365-Day Return Guarantee

Any catalog or QUICKSHIP item purchased from HUB Industrial Supply may be returned at no cost to the purchaser within 365 days of purchasing that item.

Limitations:

1. Returned items must be in salable condition in their original packaging. We can only accept partial box quantities if the item is sold by the piece. For example, we can accept a partial box of gloves, but we can't accept a partial box of earplugs because they can't be sold by the piece.
2. Clients can initiate a return by contacting HUB Industrial client services. Clients will be provided a return shipping label.
3. Proof of purchase within return timeframe is required.
4. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, HUB Industrial Supply will execute the credit or refund according to the original purchase price of the item.
5. The terms and conditions of this guarantee were revised October 19,2015 and supersede all previous iterations of this guarantee.

Payment and Credit Terms

HUB Industrial Supply requires payment in full on online orders placed by any individual or company not set up on a credit account. Payment options are indicated at checkout when you use our online shopping cart. Companies with an online account must sign into their account when placing an order to qualify their purchase under their pricing agreement and terms. Unless otherwise agreed to, credit account holders must pay all invoices within 30 days. A service charge at the highest legal rate may be assessed on delinquent invoices. The Company shall be notified by the customer in writing of any change in ownership, name, or business structure once credit is established. HUB Industrial Supply may withdraw credit at any time. All other credit account rules are contained within the agreement form issued to the applicant at the time the account was established.

2-for-1 Weld Guarantee

HUB Industrial Supply guarantees the workmanship of our manufactured band saw blades. If the welded joint of a HUB-manufactured blade separates or breaks prematurely under normal use, HUB Industrial Supply will replace the defective blade with two blades of the same size and style.
Limitations:
This guarantee does not apply to blades sold as factory seconds (Sku 011-007-422). Defective blade is subject to inspection by HUB Industrial Supply to determine the validity of the claim. HUB Industrial Supply reserves the right to decline or prorate the claim even if the failure of the blade occurs at the site of the weld in the following circumstances:

1. The blade shows every indication it was at the end of its service life and happened to fail at the weld. The evidence of a defective weld is when it fails near the start of a blade’s service life, not at its end.
2. The area around the weld shows signs of tampering.
3. The wear pattern of the blade indicates failure caused by an improperly maintained saw.
